SECURITY & DAMAGE DEPOSITS

The Security Deposit is required in cash before guests are allowed entrance to the property and will be returned, in cash, the day of departure after inspection of the property.

Some properties require a Damage Deposit. The property will be inspected with you present, upon arrival and again prior to departure. If nothing is damaged or missing your deposit will be returned in cash at that time. While we expect a broken glass, plate or a missing towel occasionally. This deposit is for damage or missing items of over $15.00US or peso equivalent, replacement value.
