TERMS / PAYMENT:
If a reservation is made within 45 days prior to the arrival date
a full payment is required immediately. Reservations prior to 45 days of the arrival
date require a deposit of 50%of the full payment with the balance due 45 days
prior to arrival. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged to make changes
to confirmed reservations.

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be made for any cancelled, missed or unused features
of these reservations. If the property can be rented to another client for all
or a part of the same time period of the original reservation an appropriate refund
will be made. In the event of a cancellation received 48 hours or more prior to
the arrival date a credit representing the total amount of payment received will
be issued for future use by the same clients for the same or similar property
and will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the original travel date:
If the property has increased in rate additional payment will be required.
No credits will be offered for cancellations that are made 48
hours or less prior to the original arrival date.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manzanillo Holiday and/or their agents act only as agents for
the owners various houses, villas, condominiums, apartments and transport companies
which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers
or clients. Manzanillo Holiday accepts no responsibility for any act, error, omission
or for any injury, loss accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned
through neglect or default of any house, villa, condominium, apartment or hotel
proprietor or employee thereof, or which may occur by reason of any defect in
any vehicle in carrying out the purpose for which client reservation or arrangements
are used. We also reserve the right to change the villa, house, condominium, apartment
or hotel accommodations or transportation services if local conditions warrant
it.
